When is the $500 bounty paid?
Seven days after the operator you referred processes their first live transaction through multiflow. ACH to US accounts, wire to international. No claw-back past 30 days.
How long does the 10% residual run?
12 months from the operator's first transaction. You earn 10% of every dollar of multiflow fees they pay — paid monthly on the 5th for the prior month's activity.
What if the operator is already in our pipeline?
First touch wins, tracked via the UTM + 90-day cookie on your referral link. If you introduced them via email first and we later see a matching domain through someone else's link, you're credited on the email timestamp. We default to your favor on ties.
Is there an approval process?
Yes — every partner application gets a 48-hour review. Affiliate tier is near-automatic; agency + white-label get a 20-minute intro call to align on motion. We reject roughly 15% of applications, almost all for vertical fit.
Can we white-label the apply flow for our clients?
At the agency tier, yes — we ship a co-branded rate-quote embed you can drop in any client proposal. At the white-label tier, the full apply + dashboard runs under your domain and brand.
What happens if a referred operator churns?
Your $500 bounty is yours past 30 days post-first-transaction. Residuals stop accruing the month the operator offboards; you keep everything already paid. No retroactive clawbacks.
Can I upgrade tiers later?
Yes. Many partners start at affiliate, ship a few closes, then move to agency once the volume justifies the partner manager relationship. White-label requires a separate commercial conversation — we review quarterly.
Do you run a payments partner program for ISOs / merchant-services brokers?
Yes, but it runs through the white-label tier rather than affiliate. If you have an existing book of multi-brand merchants, the economics are typically better as a revenue-share than per-close. Flag it in the application.
