Why we exist

Multi-brand operators (3–15 sub-brands) hit the same wall: every new brand adds another Stripe dashboard, another chargeback queue, another spreadsheet, another Monday-morning freeze. The incumbents build for single-brand merchants; specialty acquirers underwrite your vertical but don't fix the multi-brand workflow.

What we will and won't do

We will underwrite high-risk verticals

Peptides, SARMs, CBD, kratom, TRT, coaching, credit repair, adult, firearms accessories — if the business is clean and the operator is competent, we route you to an acquirer who knows the space.

We won't underwrite fraud

Fake products, income claim fabrications, Ponzi structures, unlicensed money transmission, illegal goods. Every acquirer relationship we have depends on our honesty. We'll tell you "no" quickly so you can find the right provider.

We will give operators one pane of glass

Your portal shows every brand, every transaction, every fee, every dispute, every payout — consolidated. No more tab-surfing across four processor dashboards at 11pm.

We won't be an end-to-end replacement

You'll still have an acquiring bank relationship. You'll still need a commissions payout provider for MLM. You'll still need your own customer support. multiflow is the orchestration layer, not the only vendor you need.

We will be honest about pricing

Every fee line item visible in your portal. Interchange is pass-through. multiflow's margin is a fixed percentage disclosed up front. No hidden markups, no "network surcharges" that cover our costs.

We won't offboard you without notice

If there's an issue, you hear from us first, with specifics, with a remediation window. Unlike PayFac offboardings, we don't freeze funds silently. Termination (when justified) includes data export, reason documentation, and transition help.

multiflow is operated by Welcomelane, Inc. (Delaware). We orchestrate — we don't acquire, we don't hold an MSB license, we don't sub-merchant you under our MID. Here's exactly what that means.

Why it matters Your merchant account stays yours — a direct contract with Stripe, Square, or Authorize.net — not a sub-merchant slot under our MID. That's the material difference between multiflow and PayFacs like Stripe Connect: your acquirer relationship is yours, and we can't offboard you off the rails.
