01 Can you split payouts to 6+ vendors per customer?
Yes. Parent-level split-on-settlement supports unlimited vendor recipients per customer charge. Splits configure at the product-tier level and auto-apply every billing cycle.
02 What about vendor ACH vs card vs wire?
Payouts support ACH (Plaid), wire, and card-to-card. Most SaaS reseller configurations use ACH for US vendors and wire for international. Fees pass through to the vendor payout, never the customer charge.
03 Do customers see my brand or the vendor brand?
Only your brand. Descriptors carry your DBA + customer service info. Vendors get settlement to their bank but never appear on the customer's card statement.
04 How does failed-card recovery work?
Parent-level smart retry: up to 6 retries over 14 days on progressively spaced intervals. Customer portal for manual card update. SCA re-auth flow built in. Typical involuntary churn drops from 8% to under 2%.
05 What if one vendor goes out of business?
