multiflow today released a rate-quote widget that multi-brand operators can embed on their own operator-facing marketing sites to produce real, bindable effective-rate estimates for prospective brand onboards. The widget replaces the static "contact us for pricing" CTA that most operators have been using and gives prospective brands a transparent quote in under 30 seconds.

"Every operator I know who runs an agency model or a portfolio rollup has the same problem," said Mariana Vokes, a multi-brand operator running 14 franchised service brands who beta-tested the widget in January. "A new brand wants to join your stack, they ask what it'll cost, and you have to break out a spreadsheet and guess. This widget ends that conversation — you paste it on your site, prospective brands self-serve, and the number they see is the number they get."

The widget is a drop-in iframe with a short JavaScript bootstrap. Installation is a single tag operators paste into their marketing site. Auth is handled by a short-lived token issued from the operator portal, which means the widget can be embedded on any domain an operator controls without additional configuration.

    What the widget actually shows

Inputs are intentionally minimal — operators repeatedly told multiflow that multi-step quote flows kill conversion. The widget asks three questions:

    • Vertical. The prospective brand's primary category (DTC, supplements, peptides, CBD, kratom, SARMs, nutra, subscription, telehealth, or general).
    • Monthly processed volume. Either exact or a tier range.
    • Average ticket size. Drives interchange composition.

Output is an effective-rate range, a reserved-funds estimate, and an onboarding time window — all pulled from the same underwriting logic multiflow uses internally. The ranges are conservative on the high end, which means the final quote a prospective brand receives after underwriting is, in 91% of cases, at or below the widget's upper bound.

    Why multiflow built this

"We were watching operators lose prospective brand deals because they couldn't quote fast enough," said a multiflow product lead. "The prospective brand would email, the operator would have to wait for a multiflow quote, and by the time it came back the brand had already signed with Stripe. This widget cuts that loop to zero."

The widget also solves a reputational problem for operators: prospective brands sometimes assume the operator is marking up rates heavily. Showing a live quote pulled from the same source as the final underwriting decision builds trust and removes price-objection friction.

    Customization and theming

The widget ships with a neutral default theme but accepts full CSS overrides via a configuration object. Operators can theme it to match their brand, hide or reorder fields, set a minimum-volume floor, and restrict verticals to the ones they actually onboard. Mobile responsiveness is built in — the widget renders correctly at 320px and up.

There is also a "compliance mode" that adds regulatory disclosure text required in certain states, notably California and New York. Operators running brands in those markets should enable compliance mode by default. See the free effective rate calculator for the underlying math the widget surfaces.

    Who the widget is for

Three operator profiles are the primary audience:

    1. Agency operators running a roster of client brands who add new brands monthly.
    2. Portfolio rollup operators who acquire small brands and bring them into a shared payment stack.
    3. Franchise operators onboarding new franchisee locations on rolling timelines.

    Cost and availability

The rate-quote widget is free for active multiflow operators. There is no per-impression cost, no quote-throughput cap, and no restriction on how many operator-facing sites an operator can embed it on. Token issuance is rate-limited to prevent abuse, but the limit is set well above any legitimate operator use case.

Installation docs, the iframe tag, and the configuration reference are available inside the operator portal. Operators who want a walkthrough can book a 15-minute integration session through the portal's support panel. Teams with custom integrations — for example, operators who want the widget to post quote leads directly into their CRM — can request the webhook-mode variant, which is also free.
