Questions partners ask.

Can I co-brand these assets with my agency logo?
Yes — every asset ships editable (Google Slides, DOCX, Figma, HTML). Swap the multiflow wordmark for your logo, adjust the accent color, and send as your own collateral. We only ask you keep "Powered by multiflow" in the footer at 11px or larger.
Do I need to be an approved partner to download?
No. Every asset is free, public, and yours to use. If you want to get paid for closes, head to /partners/ and apply (48-hour turnaround). You can download the toolkit and apply in either order.
How do I get attribution credit for a client I close?
Once you're an approved partner, your unique referral link at /refer/ carries a 90-day cookie + UTM. Any operator who clicks and applies inside that window is credited to you. For offline intros, BCC ops@multi-flow.pro on your intro email and we'll tag the lead manually.
What if my client has questions the FAQ cheat sheet can't answer?
Email partners@multi-flow.pro or drop the question in your shared Slack channel (agency tier and above). We reply inside 24 hours on business days, usually faster. For live client calls, we'll join as a silent guest or present directly — whichever serves the close.
How often is the toolkit updated?
Monthly. Every first Monday we review the prior month's closed deals, pull the three questions that came up most, and update the relevant assets. You'll get an email notifying you what changed, with a direct link to redownload.
